Painting Fun
Skill: In creative development we focus on the creative side of your child, and letting them use their imagination. Your child needs to explore, experiment and play with objects and noises around them. This activity Painting fun, helps your child to explore and create symbols, marks, shapes and patterns with a variety of child friendly paints.

This activity will help your child explore and experiment with

Spread out some large plastic sheets or pieces of
paper on the floor.
Encourage your child to make marks on the sheet or
paper using a squeezy tube of paint or their fingers.
Let them have the opportunity of experiencing
different ways of applying the paint.
As your child gets older encourage them to be more
inventive in the way they use and mix the paints.
